Carefully selected Hunan Cun Sanlian, with excellent color, golden and round salted egg yolk, is made by hand using complex traditional methods to perfectly combine the cake crust, lotus paste and salted egg yolk. After multiple times of baking, the oily aroma of salted egg yolk is released, and the sand is finely melted. You can feel the master’s excellent craftsmanship.
